Happy Easter

Our Easter Weekend activities started with a fun filled Friday night. The 3 of us went to dinner with Marcy at Los Tres Caminos. It was very yummy. Then we headed home. Savannah and mommy made cupcakes to take to the family dinners. Daddy and Savannah ate some icing of course. Then daddy set up and we all made some colored eggs. Savannah loves eggs and repeats "egg, egg" over and over and over.

Saturday, daddy had to work during the day, but got off early to head home. Mommy did laundry, packed, and had the car loaded to get going when daddy got done. Here Savannah and Bear are in the car. They were waiting patiently, but ready to get in gear. Thankfully daddy arrived soon because they were a little inpatient. Don't worry Savannah does not sit back there with Bear even though she would love to. She threw a big fit when having to move her to the carseat. When daddy arrived we drove to Avon, dropped off Bear at the grandparents house and then went to Aunt Pam and Uncle Ralph's house to stay the night My cousin Abby and Allison were in town from Chicago and we wanted to see them. They brought there 2 dogs, Azalia (2.5 years old) and there new puppy Kermit. Savannah really loved the doggies and seeing Abby of course. Somehow we forgot to take pictures of this, so sorry you don't get to see the cute dogs.

Sunday we started off by going to my mom's house in Brownsburg. All Savannah's cousins, aunt, and uncles, and grandma's were there. She loves playing with Libby and Chloe. We played outside some and then went in and ate some good lunch. After lunch, we wondered outside to find some eggs the easter bunny left behind.

Here are Libby and Chloe on a mission to find all the eggs. Hurry Hurry there are only a million
to find out here.

Toward the end of the hunt, it was getting past Chloe's nap time. She would point to eggs and let someone else pick them up for her. Finally she had enough and just wanted someone to push her around in the stroller. Here Savannah is helping "Chlo Chlo" with some eggs. With this being Savannah's 3rd hunt, she was finally quite the pro hunter. This time it was about the eggs and not what was inside. She learned we could do that later. Later Sunday evening, we headed to Ricky's grandma and grandpa's house for dinner. We got to see Ma Maw, Pa Paw, and more aunts, uncles, and cousins. After dinner, another easter egg hunt was planned. Again, Savannah was all about getting the eggs. Here she is on a mission for "egg, egg, egg."

Here is Baby Tye, he has had a enough of the hunt and is ready to eat. Tye is about 3.5 months old and has been home from the hospital for about a month or so. He is doing great now and is the most adorable little thing, besides when Savannah was this age.

Here are Savannah's other cousins on Ricky's side of the family. They all had a ball and loved the hunt. After leaving here, we packed up, picked up Bear and headed home. Savannah made out like a bandit and got tons of candy and presents. She did not even make it out of the driveway before falling fast asleep in the car. We all had a great Easter weekend and glad daddy got most of the weekend off so we could spend Easter as a family. It was awesome.
